CANCELLATION POLICY

Kindly give a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows the spot to be filled with another service or client. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, more than 2 times in a 12 month period, there will be a $50 fee. If you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment or forget, there will be a $20 fee. Both of our time is valuable, so anyone 10+ minutes late will need to reschedule, as this doesn't allow time to finish your service without falling behind and will be charged $20 as stated above.
